“Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“What a lovely hotel. The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. My daughter and I enjoyed playing the games in the lounge and she also enjoyed the experience of using the bed which comes out of a closet. :)”
