“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by the very charming and professional Jad. The property was stunning, the rooms grand, extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities and a short drive or 20/30 minute walk into Pont-Audemer. We will certainly be visiting again in the future!”

“A lovely place with a welcoming and helpful host who lives on site. Rouen is easily accessed with frequent buses. The place is secure and quiet (The church next door only rang its bells on Sunday) with a very pretty garden. The garden can only be accessed up a flight of steps outside so not accessible for all. Everything was as described, although the Internet is not fast. We had a great stay at Janine’s place exploring Rouen and the surrounding area.”

“Le couchage très très spartiate,concernant le lit c’est un clic clac très peu confortable,le linge de toilette très réduit en plus nous n’avons pas compris dans le montant de la location il y a une somme qui correspond à une troisième personne supplémentaire nous n’étions que deux 30€.”

“Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location agréable et proche du port de Saint Valery en caux. Le seul petit point noir c'est la taille de la cabine de douche extrêmement réduite, ce qui rends la toilette désagréable même pour les plus petits gabarits.”

“We stayed here for one night on our way to the Normandy beaches. The Chateau and grounds are stunning however there was no atmosphere and the staff were not very welcoming on arrival or helpful. The breakfast was at best mediocre and it was almost as if you weren’t allowed to talk or make any kind of noise in the breakfast room/restaurant.”
