“We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!”

Coming from the flat lands of the midwest, the hills and curves to get to the home (especially in the dark) are something to be aware of. I was glad my husband was driving. “I spent 2 serene weeks here and hope to return some day! With modern creature comforts in the kitchen, the rest of this home is very rustic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and are into drawing, cooking or reading books to the sounds of trees rustling and water flowing across the street, you will be in heaven here. For summer months, note that there is only a small portable AC unit in the sunroom. There are several fans and it was manageable in early summer, but I imagine it is quite……
