“When I travel to see my brother, I stray at Travellers Inn. One of the lower prices for area Motels, but I like that I am not paying for hotel amenities like a pool or an elaborate lobby with a spiral staircase. Plain and simple. A clean room. Quiet nights. Everything works and a restful sleep. Perfect for what I need. ”

“I’m not a big fan of roadside motels because they’re usually pretty scuzzy. However, the Deep River Motel has been perfectly upgraded to modern standards. It’s clean, well maintained, and has all the mod cons. The bathroom as all new and clean as whistle. There’s a microwave, good sized fridge, really good A/C and a flat panel tv with lots to watch. The staff are super helpful. I’ve seen people complain about the highway noise but, frankly, we had no problem with that. It’s a roadside motel so……

“Calabogie peaks resort was 5 minutes down the road. Stores, food places and trails close proximity. My dad and I were in Calabogie for the annual snowmobile races and got lucky with the last room available. Spacious, cute environment, clean, and the man running the place and front desk was so kind. Definitely will be our spot to stay every year moving forward, can’t beat the price. ”
