"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "

"The Hotel is nice in staff, breakfast offering & the room is clean. However, as the hotel is very near the highway so it is very noisy all the time. "

"沒有早餐，需要自行處理。附近有很多不錯的餐廳可以選。晚上周遭可以聞到大麻味，很容易看到遊民，讓人對治安有疑慮。因班機緣故提早退房，無法取得收據。可以理解晚班人員無法處理，但後續聯繫也未取得收據，這點我覺得服務並不算太好。"
