“The apartment was exactly as described, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for 4 couples. Jean-Charles was very welcoming and responsive. The neighborhood w,as quiet and safe. We made the 25 minute walk to Old Town several times. We highly recommend this rental.”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“On the river was beautiful, the view from room and terrace were spectacular, ( be mindful Of big cruise ships because it will block view) restaurant options were so close,(be mindful of the ambiance you want,, romantics verse country bar with wings)nice shops and souvenir shops were plenty. People were friendly. Easy access to funicular for travel Between uptown and downtown! Although walk down was much easier than walk up if you want to try! Host was awesome, Pierre was perfect! ”

“Our family stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was extremely clean and anything you could possibly need or may have forgotten to bring with you was provided. It's a beautiful apartment. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. The main touristy area is a 10-15 minutes drive away. The apartment is in a more local and quiet area (unfortunately, there was lots of construction happening during our stay).”

“Great neighborhood. Super clean & trendy apartment. Easy to access and very close drive to main attractions of the city. Back stairs of the apartment to the car parking don’t feel super safe or up to code so better to use front entrance when possible, especially when bringing in any luggage or carrying heavy things. Great coffee across the street at the corner cafe!”

“The unit was very clean and had plenty of room, including a balcony that overlooked the neighborhood. Dominic was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. If we ever return to Quebec City, we would be happy to stay at the same place.”
