“ Located on a quiet street close to a "main street" with great food options Soundproof unit aside from neighbouring unit's door and stairway to upstairs unit (didn't hear them except when they left in the morning.) Cups, dishes, cooking and dining utensils available for use Walkability to parliament and old city (if you are ok with the hills)- Only bathroom and second bedroom are in basement which might make it challenging for people with mobility issues or small kids- Odd off-center placement……

“My wife and I came up to stay between Christmas and new years for some Old Quebec City magic. My son ended up tagging along and so we stayed and utilized the apartment for three nights. Ivan was super helpful and prompt with responses. We had a low battery on the door lock and he took care of it quick so we didn't have to worry while being out. The neighborhood is very Quebec. Narrow, somewhat quiet street on the edge of some fun neighborhoods. We Ubered everywhere and paid 13CAD at most……

“I visited Quebec City for the weekend with 3 adults and one teen. The townhouse was very spacious with 3 levels, one bedroom on each. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The teen slept on the pullout futon, which was not super but fine for a couple nights. Two full bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the showers. Townhouse was well stocked with the essentials. Beds were freshly made with linens, towels were in the shape of swans when we arrived. The……

“The place was very clean, was well equipped and had a lot of charm. It was great each day knowing you had a parking space. And what a location! The Plains of Abraham right outside the door and at least a dozen restaurants within a five minute walk plus only a 10 minute walk to Old Town QC. Would stay there again!”

“Located on Grande Alle, close to some of the best restaurants the ciry has to offer, walking distance to the old city! The house itself is from anothwr era, the massive doors to huge bedrooms and living spaces makes this a great home to have friends come over. The dining room seats 14 easily! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommed to others! ”

“Location, safety, kitchen facilities, washer/dryer were all excellent and appreciated. On site parking was a definite plus. There was plenty of space for 2 of us, but we used one bedroom for our clothes (on the bed and in the closet) and the other bedroom for sleeping because there was no closet or storage in that bedroom. If there were 4 of us in our group the lack of space to put your clothes would have been a definite issue. TV remote control needed fresh batteries which were cheerfully……
