“The communication is excellent. All questions answered quickly and kind. I even received an update to a previous question concerning flooding in the area. This house is high and dry but was updated on the surrounding area. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We found everything just as promised and even better. The layout allowed a small family gathering without the feel of being overcrowded. Excellent stay, beautiful sunsets ”

“The listing for the property was perfect and well described. The instructions and info emails that the owner sent were super detailed and made finding the place easier, as it was kinda hidden. I actually didn’t have any one-on-one contact with the owner (that’s a good thing! Nothing went wrong!) but his rules and info were helpful and much appreciated! The house was clean, cozy, and we had a nice weekend of playing games and watching movies. ”

“Nice house with games on the basement to keep the kids busy on a rainy day. Enjoyed the fire pit one night (to much rain the others). The loft was a great place for my 3 kids to sleep and have their own bathroom. We brought boats to fish but unfortunately Nolin lake was up about 10 feet or more and everything was flooded. there was a boat ramp around the corner from the house and 2 other just a15 minute drive. Would have been great if it hadn't poured rain for 3 day straight.”

“My family and I had an amazing time at this gorgeous house! Everyone was happy with their accommodations. The house was super clean and very comfortable! We had a group of 12 and a baby and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was great and the decks made for a great place for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! ”
