“We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. The space itself was updated and very clean, with tv's in each room and comfortable beds (and very nice towels!). We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside at the end of the day, as well. I……

“We enjoyed our long weekend at your cute home. The place was as described. Linens and towels were a plus! The dogs enjoyed the backyard space, as did we. The only suggestion I would have would be some extra mirrors in the bedrooms so people could get ready while others use the shower. But that didn’t ruin our stay at all! Thanks for the use of your home. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

“Strengths: Great communicator, easy check-in, very spacious, get location, clean, comfortable beds, and all the major utilities work, ample parking, safe, good wifi and TV, quiet even though it is near a highway--really luxurious property Areas to improve: a lot of little repairs are needed--screens, ceiling fans, air conditioner, lights in some rooms. If you have a big family (there were 7 of adults), it is very good.”

“Didn’t have many issues with the property, it housed everyone comfortably and was pretty clean. The few drawbacks consisted of: the space seemed a little smaller than advertised, the bedding upstairs had some sort of stain on it, and the closest’s wheels were off their tracks making it hard to get the spare mattress in the master bedroom. “After driving from Wisconsin to Toms River New Jersey with the wife, teen kids and two dogs we got to the rental only to find other people living there. What a fiasco this was. The host did end up finding a replacement in Asbury Park that was nicer but the reason we booked in Toms River is because that's where my family was. We were never contacted by the host or VRBO that our rental was cancelled. The host was very apologetic and said she cancelled through VRBO but after much thought I have to……

“The place was amazing to say the least, everything at the property was perfect. The owners were the best people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I wish I could rate this place higher because I definitely would. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely best place I have ever stayed!!!!!!!”
