“We came up to Dayton for a family reunion and we normally stay at hotel. We decided to try a house this year and we are so glad we found this place. It was perfect for our family. The house was so pretty and beautifully decorated inside. It was very clean and they had everything we possibly could have needed and more. Our family drinks a lot of water and I was thinking we were going to have to go out a buy bottle water but they had a 5 gallon water that was available and some cold bottled water.……

“Easy to find, and easy access getting in after we arrived. It is a pretty place outside. Inside was surprisingly upgraded, and new feeling, even though it was built in 1920.For our group of 5 adults, the arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms was very good. Us upstairs in one bedroom and our granddaughter in the other. Our good friends had the downstairs bathroom. We sat on the front porch. We washed clothes. We played cards at the kitchen table.
