“I give this place five star because of the location and The view. You would be facing an outstanding view of mountains and a lake in front of the property. To me this was most valuable part of this stay. The furniture furniture was dated but usable overall somewhat comfortable. We arrived very late and the staff was very nice to accommodated us. they checked us in even though they mentioned that the latest time to check in is 8:00 p.m. Breakfast was included which was great. We enjoyed……

“We were a family of 4 staying in the Lavandinas house, and enjoyed every minute of it! The team checking us in and managing our stay was excellent, informative, and extremely helpful with not only information about the property, but with getting around town, etc. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and very spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed, and made cooking dinner a breeze. The beds and linens were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our entire family to relax. We……

“Excellent value hotel - clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool looked nice (unfortunately, it was raining, so we didn't get to take advantage of it). Staff was friendly. Breakfast is typical German/Swiss (Bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, juice, muesli, coffee/tea). Great stopover traveling between Germany and Italy. Free parking right out front of the building - very convenient! ”

“Amazing location. The only problem and it is minor, is that the check-in process is a bit confusing. A little nerve wracking standing in a foreign space wondering if you're going to have a room. Overall though, we'd go back. ”

Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
