The surrounding area is well-developed - there are numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants close to the flat. Fans of active leisure are also encouraged to visit the Helios Sports and Recreation Centre, which is located 400 m from the flat. There is also a car park on the estate where you can leave your car. The parking space is assigned to the flat.
