“1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。 ＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8.……

“2 months in advanced booked this hotel without much choices (for the trance event on the day). Paid around 215 euro for this Friday night stay, and during check-out they asked another 20 euro for the second person (my wife) who I shared this room with.
