“The staff were very friendly and informative and facilities were very good. Cinema is a bonus with extensive film choice. Allso we were all very impressed with the standard and creativity of food offered by Jamie the chef. “位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。”

“因为是三口出游，所以预订了湖景的Junior Suite房型。优点是： 1、房间面积比较大，看了下附带的防火指南的户型图，即使是乞丐房的面积也不小； 2、附带的湖景阳台是亮点，建议后面预约的一定要选湖景房，否则没什么风景； 3、步行3分钟距离内有两家中餐馆，主干道那家的价格更合理也更好吃；步行5分钟有coop超市，记得晚上7点就停止营业，想买东西要早点去缺点是： 1、位置离蒙特勒火车站稍有距离，去的时候如果没有swisspass，拿着行李需要走15分钟左右；返程时可以利用酒店送的当地公交卡，3分钟到公交站后有公交直达火车站；”

“The property was great. The room and bed were very comfortable. The balcony offered Wonderful views of Mont Blanc. The spa and hot tub or outdoors, and provided a wonderful view of Mont Blanc. There is a high-end restaurant with a well esteemed chef on staff. We did not have a meal, however we have heard that it is very good.”
