“Lovely hotel in good location but the stars are the staff. I had air conditioning issue and tv issue and they sorted both out quickly which is sign of good service. Gabe the young man in the bar, only 18, serving drinks, snacks and taking dinner orders on his own was very happy, cheerful and professional. He should be promoted. Angelo on reception does a 1st class job as does Vania - her handwritten welcome notes really make a guest feel special. Thank you from a solo traveler.”

“酒店不是很新，但乾淨和整潔，只有最基本的設備-床、衣櫃等等，到達當天前台男職員非常熱情，但離開的女職員就不太好，查問那裡可寄放行李都沒理會，最後要靠自己在外面放儲物櫃，酒店有電梯，是一個非常細小的電梯，兩人進去也很迫了，非常特別。 交通方面，步行可到Bolhão地鐵站及附近步行街／市場，但有斜路，所以不是最方便，但有交通一天票可在酒店門口乘巴士到地鐵站，城市始終不大，往來機場或火車站也算方便。”

“The hotel is located at a VERY nice point to overview the bridge Luis. It´s beautiful to have the sunrise and sunset sightseeing from the hotel. Our room was in the 12th floor, the bridge is at the 14th floor level of the hotel, the room wtih river side view is preferred! The breakfast is with plenty selection of food, the cheese board, the bread and the fruit varieties are not extremely large, but already good enough to a satisfactory breakfast. The metro is at the corner of the hotel, it’s……
