"They have a shuttle service from the Airport, we were waiting ons hour and finally we took a taxi that charged us 25 euros for a short distance. Then when we arrive they said “I am sorry” but we spent an hour in the sun waiting"

"This is a fabulous new business class hotel near the Madrid international airport. The hotel staff is excellent and immediately asked if I preferred English as I struggled with my limited Spanish. I had reserved two beds and they upgraded me to a better room with two beds available."

Good value for money
"We stayed at the apartment for 3 nights, and overall the stay was pretty good, the only blemish in the apartment is that it can be pretty cold during winter but with the heater on it’s alright. The biggest problem for us was parking, we would come home a bit late and we’d have trouble finding a spot ..."
