“L'emplacement est parfait pour les activités (zoo, aquarium, centre ville, plage). Directement accès au ligne de tram 10 et bus 95.L'accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte étaient parfaits et rassurants. Un grand merci à lui.Le logement est confortable, bien agencé et bien équipé même avec un bébé pas de problème.Nous recommandons vivement !”

“Anderes Appartement als versprochen, mit angeblich größeren Räumen schmackhaft gemacht. Alles wae nicht gepflegt und marode. Kakalaken in einem Bad, in der Küche und auf der nicht gereinigten Terrasse. Aus undichtem Rohr tropfte einem Wasser, wenn man auf der Terrasse saß.”

“Het Appartement bood precies wat we nodig hadden met daarnaast extra’s. Hartelijke ontvangst en Juan is een goede gastheer. zet ontbrak niets in het huisje. Echt een aanrader. Fijn dat er 3 sets sleutels waren. Handdoeken voor iedereen. Koffie,wasmiddel en vaatwastabletten aanwezig. We zijn echt niets tekort gekomen. ”

Sur la situation: La residence est très bien entretenue, avec un parking sécurisé. Un supermarché se trouve à 5 min en voiture. Nous avons voyagé hors saison, il a donc été très facile pour nous de se rendre chaque jour à ValenceConfort: L'appartement dispose des équipements incontournables, cafetière, micro-onde, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle,……

“We found this property extremely well located and in a quiet open plaza near a landmark. It was easy to get to everything we wanted, was close to the park, and was very easy to get a taxi or uber closeby. The apartment itself has everything we needed and was quite spacious. The host was always available and met us at our arrival time to ensure we were settled. We felt so lucky to have found this apartment - highly recommended.”

“Fantastic stay, loved the apartment. Had everything we needed and was easy to access and transport was great. Was quiet in the area on Tuesday when we arrived at 9pm but that's normal for the area which we didn't realise. Can't recommend this apartment enough. Will stay again.”

“We booked this place for 13 women on a girls weekend and WOW it was absolutely perfect! The host Juan had wonderful communication with me via WhatsApp. There are plenty of beds and everything was clean and presentable (the showers were lovely and big too!)The garden area was perfect for all of us to hang out, swim, sunbathe - the garden gets full sunshine all day long and has TOTAL privacy, nobody can see in from neighbours which is a bonus. 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade full of……

A special experience with the hotel

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
