“We booked this place for 13 women on a girls weekend and WOW it was absolutely perfect! The host Juan had wonderful communication with me via WhatsApp. There are plenty of beds and everything was clean and presentable (the showers were lovely and big too!)The garden area was perfect for all of us to hang out, swim, sunbathe - the garden gets full sunshine all day long and has TOTAL privacy, nobody can see in from neighbours which is a bonus. 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade full of……

“Heerlijk huis met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. Super zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. Half uur rijden van Valencia, waar we een hoop leuke dingen gedaan hebben. Huis heeft soms wat gebruiksaanwijzing met de airco, alarm, warm water, etc. Maar dat wordt allemaal door de eigenaar verstrekt. Tijdens ons verblijf was er wel wat veel lawaai van de buren (honden rechts /aanleg schutting links). ”

The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. “We originally had booked a VRBO right in the Ciutat Vella (Old Town) of Valencia, but we decided to look outside of Valencia, near a Metro train stop that would easily take us into the city.Thank goodness we stumbled upon Ca Emma. It is a wonderful, 2 story renovated home from the early 1900’s, but you would never know it. It is very modern in all respects. It is in the country surrounded by farm fields and orange groves, but only about a mile from the Albalat Metro station with easy access……

“Overall the villa was excellent. My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised. Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy. Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it. However, apart from that we were very pleased.”

“Fantastic stay, loved the apartment. Had everything we needed and was easy to access and transport was great. Was quiet in the area on Tuesday when we arrived at 9pm but that's normal for the area which we didn't realise. Can't recommend this apartment enough. Will stay again.”

A special experience with the hotel

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available. I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked. And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in. I’m very thankful for those who help us in need. As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
