“Hotel was lovely. Breakfast great. Staff really helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Cleethorpes in general needs cleaning up and at night did not like people sleeping in the doorways ”
“Property took my money, then advised us not to travel at less than 24hrs notice, leaving me without a place to stay and without refund. Hotels.com did nothing about it. The property are now ignoring hotels.com and therefore no refund will be issued. Utter madness. I have used this website for many stays over many years. I will not be using again”
