“Ended up coming here after a nightmare experience at a different hotel. One of the elevators went out of service (creating a jam packed ride with four guests, a staff member and his giant laundry cart) and the pool filtration system was definitely not functioning optimally but the stay was still pleasant. Front desk staff were all very friendly and kind to deal with and the room itself was clean and cozy!”
