“It was a great hotel. The rooms were nice and large and great showers. The only complaint I have is the lobby in the halls. Had a terrible smell the entire time we were there the halls almost smelled like mildew and I’m not sure about the lobby smells like they were having plumbing issues, but I don’t know that but the smell was not great beyond that it was a great hotel but I wouldn’t stay there again just because of the smell”

“Brand new hotel! Very clean and comfortable. I read complaints about the thermostat light, ours didn’t light up, the room was nice and dark. My husband wished the pillows were larger. With a king size, you only get four small pillows. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was average, nothing to be excited about. We had a nice and enjoyable stay. ”

“We stay here anytime we come to Bonham because it’s honestly the BEST hotel there is in town. We’ve been staying here since it opened and things you can always count on here are consistency of a clean room, nice hot breakfast each morning, beds are still pretty comfortable; which is a HUGE plus when you’re sore from a long road trip, and they are pet friendly and since we travel with our yorkie, this is a big deal! “The only complaint I have is how the hotel allowed dogs to be in the area near the breakfast buffet. That's unsanitary. Three dogs were there and barking at each other and shaking their fur! I couldn't believe it and I'm a dog owner. They should not be allowed near open food! We don't know if the dogs shed hair into the air, have fleas, etc. ”
