“the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.”

“The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival.
