“1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins. Ramp & steps to hotel from street. Room was large and spacious with long balcony .Staff were Fantastic and breakfast was AMAZING! Rooftop pool with double loungers, pool towels supplied. This hotel allows……

“Fantastic hotel with great staff, breakfast was always a pleasure with ample selections and different menu every day. Management and staff were always professional and friendly with any assistance that guest’s required. The rooms were spacious and clean, housekeeping was done every second day. Location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to the town as you passed 4 different restaurants along the seafront. We highly recommend this amazing and peaceful hotel. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. “Fantastic setting, with stunning sea views! The hotel had character, with good attention to detail, and mature well kept grounds with some beautiful planting. All the staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us. A particular shout out to Apostolia who organised our transfers, and car hire, friendly, helpful, and seemed to really enjoy her job. We also appreciated being able to dine at the Adrina resort and spa hotel next door, where the food was particularly good, and great value. Overall……
