“waren mit 9 Erwachsenen da, die 3er Zimmer waren sehr klein und hatten keinen Fernseher, auch der Grill wurde uns erst kurz vor Ende unseres Urlaubes zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein paar mehr Tasse und Trinkgläser wären wünschenswert gewesen, die Kühe war auch sehr klein. Standlaken waren nur mit Aufpreis zu bekommen. Dann mussten wir vor Ort noch zusätzlich eine Tourismusabgabe in bar bezahlen. Bei dem Mietpreis hatten wir gedacht dass alles abgegolten wäre. Auch die Fahrräder waren in unseren……

“Das Haus (mit Atrium!) von Francesca und Filippo ist liebevoll und originell ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen; Seife, Putzmittel usw. sind vorhanden (kennen wir auch anders). Check-In und Out waren problemlos; Filippo hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und viele Tipps zur Umgebung und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gegeben. “This is a unique property with so much charm and character. Each room had separate bathrooms and the extra like pool table, outdoor rooftop dining and courtyard made our stay so comfortable. The location in Travestere was so cool and convenient to restaurants, clubs and short walk or car/taxi to all the Roman sites. “Our family visited beautiful Rome for our wedding in June 2024 and our stay at Villa Anton Silj was a major disappointment. Upon arrival, we found two out of three air conditioners broken with temperatures reaching 38°C. Three of the 20 beds were just living room sofas in a room without curtains. The houses and kitchenware were dirty, and we had to gather utilities from all three kitchens to cook a meal. We asked for breakfast at 20 euros per person, a total of 400 euros per breakfast for 20……
