“Stunning property but the staff and customer service were seriously lacking for an establishment of this caliber. Perhaps it was due to the season just starting but the staff seamed unorganized and lacked the finesse and professionalism we expected. Additionally, the sole restaurant serving dinner was fully booked and we were told we could dine in the bar, which only serves unrefined snack food, which was not desirable nor acceptable. ”

“The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.”

“鄰近中央火車站和巴士總站，出入鄰近地區，和遠郊地區旅遊景點，非常方便。酒店房間無熱水煲，冲茶飲不方便。另外，浴室空間大，有浴缸，但無玻璃屏幕，花洒冲凉會使到大面浴室地面濕滑，產生危險。”

“This hotel is a hidden gem in Avignon, the most confortable bed of all our trip in France and in a central location near shopping, restaurants and bars. We loved the decoration and the nice staff in the hotel. Loved to stay here. ”

“The hotel has a great location. It's clean and comfortable, but somewhat "dated". Some things should be upgraded soon. All in all, good value for money and we did have a good stay.”
