“Chegamos uma hora antes do check- in e a funcionária não liberou o quarto, falou que não estava pronto. Depois de 45 minutos de espera comprei dela e ela me perguntou se eu estava olhando o e-mail, e que lá eu receberia um aviso. Como assim? Estou na recepção com malas e crianças e ela vem me falar de e-mail… e depois da espera veio me falar que ela já tinha um quarto, mas não era em andar alto… pq não falou que tinha esse quarto?
