“Stayed for 1 night in February. Arrived to a huge empty car park and thought the hotel was closed! Friendly welcome in reception and was upgraded for free to the presidential apartment. Informed we were the only guests in the whole hotel. Room was lovely, 2 bathrooms and sea view. As it was off season we didn’t use pool or any other facilities as they were closed. Would return in summer if visiting Ulcinj in the future. ”

“The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. ”

“This property is very amazing and beautiful. They are not currently fully functional but seems to be getting ready for the summer season ahead. The property itself is very beautiful but is location is far from main hustle bustle spots so unless you have a car difficult to commute around. Even though they have been open for 2-3 years there seem to be minor issues with their operational processes which the staff is eager to resolve. Overall we had a very pleasant stay”

“The landlord is a great guy, he's full of information about the town and he saves us by printing out our boarsing cards bwfore we left. We had to find gim at his hotel on the seafront for this though. The property is spacious and decently furnished, 6 can confortably sleep there. But there were sone problems: there were no cups, glasses of saucepans in the kitchen and the promised microwave did not exist. The AC unit dripp constantly and profusely, and there are 6 or seven parking spaces for……

“Nicely looking hotel in a nice location a little tricky to drive to and from in very narrow streets with only room for one car a lot of the way. Friendly receptionist although fairly slow check-in and not there to open the gate one evening to get the car in. Extremely crowded parking space with cars blocking each other at times. Decent looking room with ok space although very compact bathroom. It was clean but there what appeared to be smeared mosquitos/ blood stains here and there on the……
