“When checking in we were informed that housekeeping had to be requested the night before service and that we had to leave our ID's at the front desk to get pool towels. There is a restaurant on site but it's only open from Wednesday thru Saturday. There are no elevators on the property so having to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was no fun. Otherwise, Cheryl the spa receptionist was a sweetheart. She didn't take our licenses and gave us better quality towels than the front desk. Also, we……

“ We had a great visit with daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. Room was perfectly located near the kids pool and crib and highchair were provided as requested. Staff was helpful in accommodating our requests for check in on arrival and late checkout. Multiple pools added good diversity to the venue. Good location in Scottsdale. Only thing lacking was we did not see any place for recycling of bottles or cans.”

“Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. I don’t know if she was new but maybe the manager should do a better job of orienting employees to the hotel layout. I also did not care for being handed a piece of paper about……

“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。 前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。 然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。 在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”
