“乘船方便，離Rialto站很近。公寓設施新。 向飯店櫃檯人員詢問乘坐貢多拉的價格，問兩次兩次價格不一樣，飯店應該要有公定價而非隨意喊價。”

“Nice experience, great front desk service. The hotel room is quite old actually, the air conditioner is not very good… but location is great, close to central station of St Lucia.”

“Clean and very comfortable apartment with stunning views of the canals and all of its activities. Watch people cross the bridges, pose for pictures, meet and have fun. I’m gonna be repetitive….the views and colors were stunning! You didn’t have to be outside to observe Venice! ”

“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice. Good: Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too. Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good. Bad: Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—super convenient and easy to reach from the train station. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection, especially the wide variety of fresh fruits. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!”
