“It was close to the beach and not to far from town ”

“My husband and I love Venice. We love the slower pace of life, the lazy beach days and walks downtown. What we loved most about this villa was the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a short walk downtown - we enjoy being outside and getting our steps in, so for us this was perfect. Some reviews said they thought the beach would be closer, which we did too - but that was more because the Google View shows a different villa, not VRBOs fault. The villa was stocked with all essentials and……

“My family of 4 had a great stay at Rick’s home. The duplex had everything we needed for our visit. The beach chairs, umbrella, and shark tooth sifter were a huge bonus. Downtown was an easy walk and there is a park at the end of the street that the kids enjoyed. The beach wasn’t walkable for us due to the amount of stuff we had. As others have stated, the neighborhood is nice and quiet.”

“Really enjoyed being close to the beautiful beach, quiet neighborhood in a comfortable, clean condo. Has everything you would need for a beach place. Minor issues, the front door really sticks making it difficult to open and to lock. Couldn’t get tvs to work (some internet connectivity issue) but we were not inside enough for it to be a problem worth calling about. Would recommend!!”
