“Nice cabin! We thought it was up in the mountains when we arrived, but it's actually in the city. We had planned for a barbecue outdoors, but we received notice that no fires were allowed outdoors that day.”

Nevertheless, I was disappointed by the front desk staff's lack of customer service, which was similarly inadequate during my previous stay. To enhance their performance, I strongly recommend that they participate in training seminars.”

“My wife and I had a truly amazing experience at the Ojai Rancho Inn. Upon driving in you see a rustic but charming motel. Once you walk in your room you are greeted by a well curated, well equipped room (comfy bed, A/C, hot tub etc). Exploring the inn further you will find a really cool little bar called the Chiefs Peak next to the swimming pool. All the staff were super friendly and lovely. Ojai town is within walking distance so the Inn is well located. This place is a true gem and I……
