“Checking in last night after a long day of work was easy and pleasant! The staff was super kind and friendly. The location is perfect. Wasn’t noisy The room was clean The TV remote control overwhelmed us but that’s par for the course!”

When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. ”
