“This place is definitely a hidden gem. Me and my husband enjoyed the stunning view especially being right on the ocean. This will now be on our list of places to stay and visit every summer. All the staff were very friendly and kind. They did their best to accommodate us. Thank you for having us and see you again soon’ ”

“入住的时候说差不多预定记录，真是不太可能，沿途十几家旅馆，只有它这么说。是工地，居然是通宵工作，老美一般不这样啊。马桶上有恶心的痕迹，好像是什么胶，太一般了。”

Nevertheless, I was disappointed by the front desk staff's lack of customer service, which was similarly inadequate during my previous stay. To enhance their performance, I strongly recommend that they participate in training seminars.”

“Overall we had a very unpleasant stay there because there are many (thousands) ants in the room. Everywhere from night stand to bathroom. When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. ”
