“The staff are amazing! There was a line that took less than 5 mins. They had yummy m+ m cookies + complimentary popcorn in nice easy bags. That’s the kind of thoughtful touch that the staff excel at. I like the larger than dorm room fridge with mini stove to cook. It has everything I need. Shower felt like a rainfall + got nice + hot! The nightstand lights had an outlet for any gadget plus usb. Super convenient! I’ll stay here again!”

I didn't realize when I booked that it was like an extended stay type room with stove fridge plates and things. I would have brought groceries and cooked in my room. I like that feature. I will remember that for next time. “Everything was fine until the 2nd night. The people in the room next to us had the television on so loud we could not sleep. At midnight I called the front desk and the manager told the people to turn it down. Less than ten minutes later I called again because the television noise was too loud again. The manager went back to their room again and told the people to turn the television off. I called the front desk again because the noise started up almost immediately. “This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”
