“酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份”

“I was surprised the cleaning staff only made it to our room twice while we were there. We have been staying at The Hyatt every year and this is the first time we experienced this. Everything else was wonderful, as usual. ”

“The hotel is located directly at the harbor. It is easy to reach and offers a great view. The rooms are modern, clean and offer everything you need. The staff was very courteous and the historic third street and the old Naples pier is within walking distance. We had a great stay and can only recommend the hotel.”
