“What a gem of a hotel! A real find in Leukerbad. There’s a drop off spot at the hotel for check I’m and out; otherwise, park at the Rathaus (or other paid parking). Lovely wee place with nice staff. The restaurant is good and the breakfast worthwhile (although I’ll be honest, the coffee is subpar). Perfect location for enjoying the town. Bathrobes are available for 5chf deposit at the front desk. Enjoy their sauna and pool! ”

“Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu.”

“Séjour de 2 nuits avec nos 2 ados. Accueil parfait, nous avons même été surclassés avec des chambres plus spacieuses. Le staff est charmant, toujours prêt à conseiller (activités, randos, etc) Accès au spa très apprécié, amplitude horaire intéressante. ”
