“We stayed here with our two dogs for a weekend, just to get away from the city and our regular weekend grind. The home has a lovely original “cabin” A-frame with an upstairs loft, and a gas fireplace that kept the main room nice and warm. There is a main bedroom and bathroom addition that is very generous in size and spotlessly clean. Kitchen is compact but very functional, and appointed with everything we needed for two nights of movies, board games and home made meals. We are already talking……

“This is a great property for a wide variety of guests. It was just the two of us staying for a long weekend (super cozy, and quiet) but it would be great with kids or multiple adult couples. Space to spread out if needed and a daylight basement if the kids need to get some energy out. ”

“We absolutely loved this little home. It had breathtaking views that made you feel far from everything even though you're just in a typical suburb. The house is old and it's obvious, but that adds to the rustic charm. You can tell the owner loves it. There are kayaks and firewood in the garage and some basic kitchen essentials. Will definitely book next time if available.”

“Upon arrival we knew we’d be in for a fabulous relaxing week. We stayed for 4 days. Our kids stayed busy playing on the lake, kayaking, and skipping rocks. When it rained too heavily we took our fun inside and played a few games we brought with and discovered games in the tv stand as well! The inside of the cabin is beautiful and has such charm. The outside could use a little updating and attention, but if you like the rustic then this is for you. It was nice and quiet for most of our stay. The……
