“What I didn’t like: - This property is going through some kind of transition from a short term rental to a hotel? As a result, amenities you would normally find in a hotel are not offered here. For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room……

“I love this quaint little boat. The hosts are very responsive. The location is amazing. They provide snacks and I was SO relieved to find coffee this morning. Walking distance to quaint shops, restaurants and brew pubs. Kayaks are provided and I felt safe. ”
