“It was very nice "Back to 70's" kind of charming cottage. Owner and care taker were very nice. Just a problem was shower. It seems couldn't run hot and cold water same time. I struggled quite long time but only choice I got was shower in icy cold water or burning hot water. Every thing else was good especially the "skinny mirror"! the other cottager in the property were nice too.”

“We got home yesterday after spending 4 days at this beautiful property! One of the best-kept, most well-equipped rentals we've ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful, inside and out! Susan was an incredible host, very prompt with communications and always available to answer any questions. Even in the dead of winter, there was so much to do! About 25 minutes from Horseshoe Valley at Mount St. Louis. Close enough to make it an easy trip but without the cost and chaos of staying at a ski……

It’s close to some nice family activities - tree top trekking, horseback riding and I understand there are skiing options nearby in winter. “Zoya was an amazing host, great communicator, and accommodating! We arrived just after the huge snowstorm Family Day weekend. Honestly, there was so much snow that fell that weekend, I was amazed the driveway was cleared for us to park at the house! I couldn’t believe the deck had been shovelled to access the hot tub and a path shovelled to access the sauna! The snowbanks to the sauna were easily 4’ high! Zoya’s place was very comfortable, close to ski hill, nice kitchen to prepare meals.……

“We just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay. This cottage was lovely. It was clean on arrival and our checkin was a breeze. Communication with the owner was seamless and there were no hassles at all. I would highly recommend a visit to Anyone who is looking for a peaceful family getaway on a quiet park of sparrow lake. “The house was nice and cozy off the coast of sparrow Lake. It was equipped with all the necessities. We had lots of fun playing pool and other games. We had the best time in the backyard sitting by the river and playing games. Definitely will recommend to a friend.”

“We were really happy with our 3 night stay - our kids shared the room with the bunk beds while the two adult couples split up the remaining two rooms. We spent most of our time out at the dock - swimming, fishing and kayaking. Only minor point for improvement is the need for a few more outdoor chairs but otherwise the property was fantastic. Fully stocked kitchen made the experience seamless. We'd definitely book again.”

“We have been renting cottages for 12 years, so this is not our first rental.. Great cottage in a private setting with great swimming- shallow sandy-bottomed water for the youngsters, but deep off the dock. However: 1/ the yellow floatie thing on the beach and the blue-topped cabana in the background of the photo of the property don't exist. 2/ lower bunkbed is unusable due to lack of support for the mattress 3/ BBQ is past its prime: works, but on its way out. Lid falls off if you're not……

“I was surprised how clean the inside of the unit was as my expectations are usually quite low for stays like this in Wasaga. Great location as well. Convenient having the plaza walking distance. The washing machine and dryer that is in the description of the rental is not in the ginger cabin. It is attached to the yellow cabin which is a bit awkward. ”
