“I booked the hotel for 2 nights. Birkirkara is probably not the city people would come visit while in Malta, but surely this hotel will attract some. “The hotel was in a residential area and the shuttle service was not regular and also stops at 12.30. we had booked a tour on one of the days and realised no cold or hot water when we woke up. Had to use the guest toilet and go to the tour without having a shower as the tour was at 8.30am. they had some excuse that the whole block was affected. not very happy.”
