“The Duke Boutique Hotel is located right in the center of Victoria, Gozo. It is easy to get to any places in Gozo from here since the bus terminal is jut in 5-minute walk distance. This hotel provided very comfortable room/bed, fabulous breakfast (with good view) and nice service. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Gozo in the future.”

“I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! “Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work……
