“Love staying here ! Really comfortable and convenience. I had already stayed here for 4 night, due to flight change I needed one more stay. And I chose the same. :) I highly recommend. You can reach most magnificent sites and churches in walking distance. That was the reason I chose this hotel,turned out it satisfied me futher than just their perfect location ,but also their warmness and very comfortable ,classic and elegant atmosphere. “這間旅館規定，只要出門，房門鑰匙要交給櫃檯再離開。 ———————————————————————————————————— 狀況一： 1月30日晚上，當我們夫妻倆在房間休息、聊天時，響起敲門聲，我老婆回了一聲，但房門馬上被打開（五秒內） 門口站著一位女性員工，她說因為外面下雨，所以要進來看看窗戶有沒有關好...... 這真是令人傻眼！ 幸好因為天冷，所以我們夫妻身上還穿著貼身的衛生衣褲，……

“床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”
