“It’s a great place in every aspect! Nice location, kind staff, high quality facilities, beautiful decorations. My son loves the gift the hotel prepared for him. It was a surprise when entering the room. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Thank you!”

“This hotel I think is overrated. The room fixture was a bit dated. The shower room was very small. Some of the tiles was broke. The shower gel is bottle is too small. Is very difficult to pour out the conditioner. They should consider change to brand or do something. Good thing about this hotel is Hotel is located at a very good location. The breakfast was very good. Staff is good (especially Lorena at the check out desk). I wrote a check in bad experience and they immediate response……

“酒店門口有巴士站，走路不到十分鐘有地鐵站，方便往返市區景點。酒店房間很大很舒適，有冷氣，熱水和沐浴露都十分好用。床墊舒服，配有床頭枱方面睡前玩手機。電視很大，可收聽電台，但電視電台均是德文為主。 缺點 早上岀門前掛了請勿打擾門牌，晚上回房間發現門牌不見了，亦有清潔人員進入過房間打掃，感覺不太尊重客人的選擇。”

“1. Check-in以及入住過程相當順利愉快。室內環境整潔舒適，也非常安靜。床雖然軟，但真的很舒服，沒有一般軟床腰酸背痛的不適感。同時，浴室內有熱水暖氣管架，非常適合用來晾乾衣服。 2. 飯店位置離U-bahn Spittelmarkt步行約5分鐘，距離U-bahn Stadtmitte步行約10分鐘，最近的Lidl超市步行5分鐘。都還是可以接受的步行範圍。 3. 位置在博物館島旁邊，步行過去也是很舒適的距離。”

“Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful”

“Quartiere tranquillo e meraviglioso, l'hotel si affaccia in un parco bellissimo. Camere pulite e moderne. Il servizio pulizia lo fanno ogni due giorni. Unica cosa negativa, dicono esserci il caffè in reception ma in 4 giorni non l'abbiamo mai trovato, l'abbiamo richiesto ma non è mai arrivato...un bollitore in camera sarebbe molto apprezzato...”

“From the outlook of the building and the street, u won't expect too much before when you step into the hotel. However, the room is clean, tidy and bigger as my expected before. Services were good and with nice and caring staffs here. They are always welcome and assist you with smile. I stayed four nights there and it's worth to stay.”
