“The property is located opposite the Duomo - very central and close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops. Unfortunately due to train delays, we didn't arrive until after the reception was closed for the night, however, communication from the property was excellent and very reassuring and full access details were provided. The room was lovely with a large very comfortable bed. An excellent shower room and separate, large toilet. Toiletries were good and slippers also provided. Tea and coffee……

Lovely touches, such as free little biscuits and complimentary shots for a ‘nightcap’ when we returned back from an evening out. Could not fault this hotel! ”
