“My room smelled musty like old smoke. My sheets were stained and had burn marks. My 2 towels were stained and I was given 1 towel to replace and it was stained. The floors were dirty with black soot. My knight table was dirty with sticky drink. There was gum on the bathroom floor. Hair on my sink, dirt marks in the shower. Soot around the back of the toilet and on top of the shower. A manager tried entering one of our rooms without knocking and wasn’t able to because the security latch was on.……
