“ La estadía fue muy buena desdé la entrada al hotel excelente servicio de sus empleados, lo único malo es la prestación del servicio de parqueadero el señor que lo administra es muy descortés no sabe tratar a la gente y es muy grosero y descortés.”

“Me pareció muy frio el hotel de noche. Se podria evitar colocando vidrios en los arcos al lado de la piscina porque el choque térmico al salir del comedor, por ejemplo, es muy duro y uno se resfria. Hay que pensar en las personas de la tercera edad que son los clientes mas abundantes. Tambien me parece que está exagerado el cupo para convenciones empresariales, copan la capacidad del hotel y los turistas pailas. Organizar eso debe ser una prioridad. Dejar una zona del hotel para convenciones y……

Alvaro was the best host, breakfast was incredible and he accommodated that we were vegetarian and served us very well. The hotel is between Salento and Cocora Valley. He even dropped us to Cocora Valley and Salento later! Hiked from the hotel to the top of a hill and it was gorgeous! ”
