“Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay……

“We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family, so easy to walk to town, close to the beach and easy to get to other towns. House was perfect as well, we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors due to rain but loved the indoor space. Plenty of places to hang and enjoy/relax. Hoping to visit again soo!”
