“We wanted a family vacation and looked for a place on Chesapeake Bay. My son and daughter found this place and we reserved it. The house is beautiful. Has everything one would want. The location is great although it’s a bit of a drive to anywhere. Our plan was to spend most of the time at the house and in the bay. However that didn’t happen. “I loved this sweet A frame home! Celebrated my 48th birthday with a girls' trip and we all loved it. Enjoyed fires and Christmas movies each night. House has a lot of space and is so comfortable. Loved the views of the Bay, particularly from the sunroom and porch. Found quite a bit of sea glass on the neighborhood beach, as well as at the house beach during low tide. Owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. Great place. Would highly recommend. ”

“This place is amazing for a large family getaway! Pet friendly and kid friendly. There isn’t too much around the area, but having access to a pool, the boats and canoes, fishing/crabbing supplies, and the large living area made this perfect for our trip. Multiple rooms, multiple couches and multiple areas to play board games. “First, let me say that the views were awesome. The house had plenty of room for my family that was coming from out of town to our son's wedding. The beds were comfortable and everything thing was clean on the inside. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 sets of washers and dryers, so if you stay the whole week you can wash what you need to. The house appears to be going through some updates, due to wear and tear, but it will be awesome when completed. The game room was nice and had a bathroom……

“We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. ”
