“Beautiful scenery and cozy accommodations”

“We really were so happy with our choice to stay here. This cottage is adorable, clean, and cozy. It had all the kitchen items we needed/wanted. The bed was comfortable for us (and we are picky!) It's such an easy walk to downtown, even in the snow! We enjoyed the hot tub as the snow fell and the wind howled on Friday afternoon (the tub temp was perfect!) Yes, there is a house right next door, but with the tall privacy fence, it was not a big deal to us at all...even when we were in the hot……

“We stayed for just on night. The cabin was nice, it's a nice old cabin, floors were squeaky and loud, but I guess that added to the charm. The only complaint is the twin beds were as hard as a rock, felt like laying on plywood. Seeing the devastation in the area was also heartbreaking. The location was perfect for us to enjoy our family in Grassy Creek.”

“This is our second family stay in the lovely Nuthouse and it was magical. They have given thought to every detail, making this a cozy and luxurious stay for all! The hosts are terrific people— so responsive and generous. We love it there!”

“Very quiet and peaceful. No one bothers you unless you need something. The host Bob checks on you the first night and then asks about your stay at the end and wishes you farewell and safe travels. Very lovely man. Would stay again ”

“- AC units in neither of the downstairs bedrooms worked properly - No indication that the property was so close to a major highway, in fact the pictures gave the feeling of being more out in the country - The hot-tub had dead leaves on the bottom. Not sure if they were left from the previous tenants or someone local had used it.”

“We loved this cabin near Marion. It’s a short drive away from being right downtown so the location is great. We had some cold weather and it stayed very warm inside. There were meant great items supplied to make us feel right at home and we really enjoyed the rustic decor and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!”
