“Clean room and great location ”

“Very nice B & B in Lake Helen. It could not have been more peaceful. The Island room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast was fine, but not elaborate. Hugo the host, was very pleasant and had a lot of info about the area. A great place to get away if visiting the areas springs or the mystic village of Cassadaga.”

“The ocean view from our balcony was wonderful. Saw dolphins swimming. Beautiful area. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh with different choices. The staff was friendly, helpful and most accommodating.”

“My door’s sensor for my key card was busted, I didn’t really care much however the staff were very friendly and quick with fixing the issue immediately after I brought it up, maintenance guys were cool to have conversation with, front desk assistants were both extremely kind and understanding, 0 complaints would definitely come here again.”

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Each staff member I interacted with was amazing! Gym was clean and I didn’t realize the breakfast was free so that was a nice perk after the gym. I’m a stickler so I will mention that the bathroom could have been cleaner. Everything was pretty new and modern but the shower floor seemed dirty and there was obvious dark marks (not necessarily mold just build up). I arrived pretty late so the food options in the area were closed but there were a few within……

“This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. ”

“This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious……

“Staff were amazing, so friendly and happy, happy to answer any questions. Met the manager Murray who was super friendly and chatty. Room was clean on arrival and the cleaner came every other day to replenish and clean. Breakfast was nice, an added bonus. Plenty of eateries around to choose from. Great hotel for the price and plan to stay here on next visit to Daytona. ”
